More than a drawing
I don’t hand over a plan and walk away. Whatever the size of your project, I stay with it until it’s a finished garden, so what gets built and planted is what we designed together.
Larger gardens
Built with trusted landscapers
For full garden transformations I work alongside experienced hard landscaping teams on the island. I stay involved through the build, so paths, walls, terraces and structures are made just as they were designed. Then I lead the planting.
Planting projects
The complete service, by me
For borders and planting schemes I do it all myself: the design, sourcing every plant, preparing the ground, planting and aftercare. One person, one point of contact, and the same care from first sketch to established border.

A considered process, from first conversation to first flowers
Conversation
A free call to hear about your garden, how you use it and what you’d like it to become.
Site visit
We walk the garden together. I survey it and note soil, light, aspect and exposure to the island’s wind and salt.
Design
Concept ideas, then a developed design, planting plan and seasonal visualisations, refined together until it feels right.
Build & planting
On larger gardens I work with trusted hard landscapers to build the design. The planting I do myself, with aftercare so it thrives.
About
Grown in the Cotswolds, rooted in Guernsey
I grew up in a family of horticulture. I was given my own patch of the family garden as a young boy, and that’s where my passion took root.
Alongside gardens, I’ve built a career in design, leading digital product and user experience projects. That work is about how people move through and experience a space. I bring the same thinking to every garden, and I’m just as happy with a spade in my hand.
